ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders will typically take between 4-8 business days to process and shipped.  Once order availability is confirmed, you can expect to be notified with email confirmation and tracking details for shipping. 

SHIPPING
Shipping times may vary pending on shipping selection.  We aim to process orders and shipments timely but do not hesitate to reach out about shipping status. 

Shipping rate is charged based on the rates set by our third-party carriers and estimated at checkout.  Currently we only ship within the US.  Please reach out to us if you're interested in international shipping.  

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Fellow Associates aim to ensure its customers' satisfaction. All sales are final and we are unable modify or cancel orders once it is placed.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us at info@fellowassociates.co within 30 days of delivery to request for store credit.

We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be returned to you.

Please note:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), seasonal, or special order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
• Store credit will be issued for the retail price of item(s) purchased.
• We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
