Swelter Rwanda Ejo Heza's

Sourced from the fertile soils of the Rutsiro District in western Rwanda. This single origin has been meticulously cultivated ensuring remarkable depth of flavor and aromatic complexity.  The coffee are hand picked and processed using the 'washed process' method, ensuring a clean, smooth cup. 

The coffee has maple sweet notes and a clean body that is exceptional as a pour over.  We recommend brewing this at a 16g at 1:15 ratio.
