Sourced from a family-owned estate since the 1940s of Badnekhan, the coffee beans are judiciously washed and dried in the sun using raised beds. This produces superior quality beans that regularly win Flavour of India and Fine Cup awards (India's Cup of Excellence). In recent years, this included a National First Place in the Best Arabica category.

This coffee will please traditional coffee lovers.  It has a bold body with great toffee aftertaste.  We recommend brewing this as an espresso with 18-20g at 1:2-2.5 ratio.
