A Natural Pacamara, produced by Marcus Duran at his award winning farm Finca Lorayne (1st place BoP Geisha Washed).  The coffee comes from 7 hectares inside one of the most prestigious growing regions in the world.  Undergoing a natural process which creates a cup with a sweet and fruity profile. 

We liked this coffee in a pour over between 16-18g at a 1:15 ratio.
