An exceptional single origin blend from Costa Rica.  This coffee boasts a distinctively bold and fruity profile, with hints of luscious berries, a touch of citrus, and a smooth, crisp finish. Sourced from two highly skilled women producers and named after the roaster's daughter, this coffee is a true testament to the artistry of nature, the dedication of local farmers, and the people that bring it all together.

With its fruity profile with a hint of chocolate bitterness, this coffee was most enjoyed as a pour over right at 3 minutes starting at 16g and 1:15 water ratio.
